So who are you?

• You are passionate about games, especially the 3D kind where you need actual skill to play!
• You love kicking ass and chewing bubble gum, and you're all outta gum!
• You know your way around a 3D engine like that map of Middle-earth that's been hanging on your wall since grade 6.
• U pwn n00bs then exclaim BOOM HEADSHOT!
• Time spent learning, designing, coding games > time to beat all Final Fantasy's && hit 85 lvl cap in WoW. Architecting the perfect Database schema has saved you hours down the road and made your games more efficient...JUST LIKE YOU PLANNED, MUAHAHA!
• Like the great Dungeon Master you are, you understand how it all fits together, the graphics, the models, the sounds and all the tools that create them.

The quick and dirty

• You are an experienced 3D Game Dev, you are familiar with one or more 3D engines and have made at least one game
• Preference with Torque, Unity, or another Commercial Engine
• You wouldn't have much trouble learning a new 3D engine and development environment
• You understand relational databases and SQL
• You have knowledge of graphical and audio assets, tools and file types
• You have some security knowledge and an iron will to hack-proof the hell out of your code
• Bonus: understanding of web development
